Return Policy

At LinenBuy, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

LinenBuy gladly accepts returns and exchanges.

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • with all tags and original packaging intact

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only
  • Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled individually, depending on product availability.
If you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us at info@linenbuy.com.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • gift cards
    • fabric samples
    • cut-to-length fabric
    • custom-made orders
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email info@linenbuy.com with the following information:

  • your order number
  • the item you wish to return
  • the reason for return

After receiving our confirmation email, please send the package to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. LinenBuy is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

If returned items arrive damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.


Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g. incorrect size or color, faulty seams), please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Please note:
Natural linen characteristics such as shrinkage or color changes after washing are not considered defects. For proper care, please refer to our Linen Care Guide.
